ThirtySomething Dance On Stage 2016 May 1, 2016

Dance season is wrapping up for me, as I head into to wedding season I’m feeling reflective. As a fellow dancer, choreographer, Artistic Director, and photographer for thirtySomething Dance I wear alot of hats (and this year two layers of tights). This year’s show was the most polished, engaging, technically sound and beautiful show we’ve ever done, IMO. I was able to work with a wonderful new to us lighting designer, Vicki Williams, and the results of her work made me both squeal with delight and swear outloud as we were creating together. She knows her poop! A public thank you to you all “my dancing ladies” (as my kids call them) for being you. As individuals and as the whole that becomes thirtySomething Dance, I’m lucky to have you in my life.
