Melissa & Trevor | Oak Island Inn East Coast Wedding August 16, 2017
Melissa and Trevor’s big day was full to the brim with stunning surroundings, large personalities, and amazing details. From the decor to the dress, Melissa’s choices created a great vintage glam seaside vibe that set the stage for a ton of emotional toasts and some great dance floor shenanigans. While Trevor’s groomsmen did their best to rowdy up the reception, when Melissa’s mom started her toast to the couple, the room fell just about silent. And then the tears started and continued while country music set the stage for the first dances. Trevor’s mom, however, literally got the party started by choosing Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock and Roll” as her dance with her son. Melissa, I love the vision you created, and that I was a part of that creative team. I also, am impressed, you thought i could hold my own with Trevor and his crew! Love how they belted out BackStreet Boys while we went to our different photo locations. Once Trevor and I bonded over both attending the 90’s concert it was all good! Special thanks to your girls who were super organized, and carted around sensible flip flops, beer and an emergency bug bite allergy EpiPen. Committed To You Events, Cakes by the Bay, and Barefoot Blooms, so much pretty!
