Well, there were a couple hick-ups on Kelly and Ben’s big day. Threatening thundershowers, forgotten flowers, and the Halifax Pride Parade on the same location as first choice for photo location created a few obstacles that Kelly and Ben handled with a calmness that is not easy to maintain when dealing with all things wedding! We decided to stay on Dalhousie campus where they were married at the University Club, and I chose photo locations with a nod to Italy in mind. Ben proposed to Kelly on a family vacation to Italy. As Ben’s mom said in her speech, “i’m glad she said yes, or that would have been an awkward trip”!
