Pretty in Pink. The bride is far to young to know that reference to a movie from my childhood, but Carolyn’s girls were pretty in pink. The dresses were soft and lovely, and a perfect match for Carolyn’s ball gown. She wanted to be a princess for a day, and i think she got her wish. There was a great surprise song from the MC about makin pancakes that helped keep the formalities at bay, and the laughs flowing. Chris had some input as well, there were personalized (not pink) tape measures for guest favours…nice counter measure i think. Compromise is good for a marriage.
