Amanda & Mike | An against all odds Nova Scotia wedding at Clover Cottage Retreat June 28, 2020
Choosing my “brand words” of authentic, timeless and joy-filled photography helps define both my shooting style and the type of clients I attract. This has become increasingly important as a wedding photographer shooting in a pandemic. Most of my 2020 season clients have chosen to postpone to 2021 and preserve their big wedding day vision with guests who have come from away, and where hugs abound.
But a few couples are opting for plan b.
Amanda and Mike are moving out west. They decided to have whatever type of ceremony and small scale celebration health restrictions would allow. Low and behold, two sleeps before their wedding day the “bubble burst” announcement happened in Nova Scotia. We could gather in very small groups.
After staying the blazes home for months everyone involved knew Amanda and Mikes’s little big day was going to be a special experience. The emotional and logistical challenges the couple had to overcome were significant. Their ability to focus on what mattered most instead of what they had to compromise on was inspiring. Their commitment to each other led to a truly authentic, timeless and joy-filled wedding day.
Scroll down and soak in all the happy, it will fill your bucket up. I know it did mine and I thank you for that Amanda and Mike!
