A Spring In Ruby’S Step May 1, 2014

So, I had the backdrop out already for a session and figured why not. I threw my daughter Ruby’s new dress on her, ran a comb through her hair and put her favourite new song, “the CanCan dance” on the iPod. The high energy jumping and smiles are expected, the crazy jazz hands must have come when i switched to C&C’s Music Factory “Everybody Dance Now” (her other favourite song in current rotation). When photographing two year olds you have to get creative. I’m glad she took time to stop and smell the spring flowers.
