Scott & David | Lord Nelson Hotel, Halifax Nova Scotia Wedding October 2, 2023

After 22 years as a photographer and being around “all the feels” at weddings, it takes a lot, and I mean a lot, to make me cry during toasts. Scott and David’s people totally got me. While it is easy to feel fancy on your wedding day, it is clear the grooms also felt entirely supported, being seen and celebrated for exactly who they are meant to become together. Met with open arms from nine years old to ninety, I watched them hug everyone in that great big ballroom. Cheers to David and Scott’s given and chosen family, who collectively know how to celebrate love with actions and words. And pack a dance floor!
