Maritime Dance Senior Elite On Stage 2019 May 8, 2019

Seemingly endless amounts of creativity, commitment and dedication from both the choreographers and these young dancers. When I first started shooting dance on film a very, very long time ago I felt lucky to get a few usable, in focus and exposed properly frames of moments that captured not only what the dance looked like, but what it felt like to be there.  From stunning grace, technique, authentic emotion and then a sense of pure joy to be on stage, I have never shot so fast. It took me days to cull and edit this shoot and narrow down what seemed like endless “keepers”.
